摘要
目的 研究中药墨旱莲EcliptaprostrataL .中的三萜皂苷化合物。方法 应用柱色谱和HPLC法分离纯化 ,通过光谱分析 (IR ,MS ,1 HNMR ,1 3 CNMR ,DEPT ,HMQC和HMBC)鉴定其化学结构。结果 分离并鉴定了 5个三萜皂苷 ,其中 2个新化合物eclalbasaponinsXI(4)和XII(5 )的结构分别为 :3 O [β D 吡喃葡糖 (1→ 2 ) β D 吡喃葡糖 ] 16α 乙氧基 齐墩果酸 2 8 O β D 吡喃葡糖苷 (4)和 3 O [(2 O 硫酰基 β D 吡喃葡糖 ) (1→ 2 ) β D 吡喃葡糖 ] 刺囊酸 2 8 O β D 吡喃葡糖苷 (5 )。 结论 4和 5为新化合物 ,1和 5具有诱导稻瘟霉菌丝变形活性。
AIM To study the triterpenoid saponins in the Chinese traditional medicine Eclipta prostrata L.. METHODS Column chromatography with silica gel and HPLC were employed for the isolation and purification. The molecular structures were determined on the basis of spectral analysis (IR, MS, 1HNMR , 13 CNMR , HMQC and HMBC). RESULTS Two new triterpenoid saponins,named eclalbasaponins XI (4) and XII (5), were obtained and their structures were elucidated as 3- O -[β- D -glucopyranosyl(1→2)-β- D -glucopyranosyl]-16α-ethoxy-olean-12-ene-28-oic acid-28- O -β- D -glucopyranoside and 3- O -[(2- O -sulfuryl-β- D -glucopyranosyl)(1→2)-β- D -glucopyranosyl]-echinocystic acid-28- O -β- D -glucopyranoside, respectively, along with three known saponins, eclalbasaponins II (1), I (2) and III (3). CONCLUSION Compounds 4 and 5 are new compounds, 1 and 5 induced morphological deformation of Pyricularia oryzae mycelia.
