The implementation of the strategy to develop the West,has provided unprecedented vigour and vitality for the Western regions,border areas and ethnic districts;it at the same time has endowed the Mid-eastern ethnic work with new connotation,expanded new realms and brought about new chances.The ethnic work in Mid-eastern cities,on the basis of good management of ethnic affairs,must give prominence to important work,broaden boundary for work,so as to serve the strategy of developing the West.
