本文论述了图书馆馆员继续教育的必要性 ,提出了新形势下图书馆馆员继续教育的新内容。
The artide focuses on the indispens ability of the further education of librarians, suggegting new content,concrte approaches and some problems that should be attended to on further education of libranians under up -to-date situation.
