摘要
知识经济要求管理活动要重视人力资源的开发和利用,以人为本的管理思想切合这一要求。图书馆引进这一管理思想对激发馆员的主动性、积极性和创造性,以及提高馆员素质和创新能力,从而促进图书馆自身的进一步发展有着重要的意义。
Knowledge economy demands more emphasis on the development and use of human re- sources in management. Human-oriented management ideas meet this requirement. The introduction of this management idea in libraries plays an important role in amusing the staff's initiative, activeness, in improving their performance and creative abilities, and therefore, in promoting the further development of libraries.
