摘要
博士后是我国高层次人力资源 ,博士后流动站和企业工作站的设立 ,促进了我省高等教育和科技事业的发展 ,加快了企业创新 ,在“科教兴省”中发挥了重要的作用。目前 ,我省博士后规模小 ,缺乏有吸引力的优惠政策。为此 ,必须大力发展我省博士后工作 ,扩大我省博士后规模 ,制定灵活政策 ,并切实做好落实 。
Postdoctors are senior human resource in China. Setting up of postdoctoral research centres and postdoctoral work centres in enterprises has accelerated the development of higher education, science and technology, and the enterprise innovation in Fujian Province, and plays an important role in developing our province by relying on science and education. At present, however, the postdoctoral undertaking in our province need a further development due to too small scale and for lack of attractive preferential policy. Particularly, the postdoctoral scale should be enlarged, the flexible policy should be made and put into practice, and difficulties of the institutions with postdoctoral research centres and the enterprises with postdoctoral work centres should be immediately solved.
