长期以来 ,对于生产力的学理研究 ,理论界习惯于沿用静态分析法和横向分析法。其实 ,生产力作为特定的社会历史过程和理论研究对象 ,尤其需要从动态角度加以纵向分析 ,注重不同社会历史条件下的生产力的不同特点。在当代生产力结构中 ,“软资源”具有以往任何时代都不可比拟的重要地位和作用 ,因此 ,关于生产力的理论研究急需转换思维方式和研究视角 ,从注重“硬资源”转向注重“软资源”。

For a long time,theorists are used to study productive forces in the way of static state and longitudinal analysis.In fact,as a special social historical procedure and an object of theoretical study, productive forces need to be analysed from the dynamic angle and in the longitudinal way.People should pay more attention to the different characteristics of productive forces in different social historical times. In the constructure of the present productive forces,soft resources own more important place and functions than before. So, a new perspective should be used in the productive forces theoretical study.
