摘要
《管子》一书蕴藏着极为丰富的治国理论和管理思想 ,对于现代管理者仍有指导和借鉴意义 ,不仅《管子》可视为世界上最早的一部国家管理学著作 ,先秦诸子的管理思想都有同样的作用。本文对《管子》一书的宇宙观、世界观、国家观、道的理念和管理理论模型作了系统、深入的概括和总结。
The Book of Guan Zi contains rich theories of running country and ideas of administration, which are instructive to modern administrators. It can be regarded as the earliest work on country running. This article systematically generalized the world view, national view and administering theory in it.
