应当重视高校学报版面利用率偏低的问题

我国高校学报的版面利用率偏低 ,主要表现为论文篇尾页的空白以及封页等未被充分利用 ,每年将因此少刊载10 0 0多万字的科技信息或 2 0 0 0篇左右的论文 ,并造成数十吨纸张浪费及其他一些隐性浪费。高校学报编辑应重视这一问题 ,并设法予以解决。

The utilization ratio of spaces in Chinese college journals is generally low and there often occur blank space in the end of an article and inside cover, etc. Owing to this, at least more than ten millions of characters of sci-tech informations or more than two thousands theses are not carried in the journals every year as they should be, resulting in a waste of several tens tons of paper and some other recessive wastes. The main reason for the existence of such wastes for long time is that all the funds for running the journals are from the state financial allocation.
