分析编辑人力资源的特征 ,对科技期刊的价值意义 ,认为必须充分认识科技期刊自身人力资源在出版过程中的作用 ,并就如何提高其投资效果提出相应建议。

This paper analyzes the features and value of human resources for edition and points out that the sci-tech periodical office should attach importance to their function in publishing work. Furthermore, some suggestions on the improvement of their investment efficiency are also put forward.
