经皮动脉导管栓塞术治疗动脉导管未闭38例的体会

Experiences on 38 cases with patent ductus arteriosus treated by percutaneous trans-arterial application of foamed polyethylene plastics embolus

应用球囊导管和泡沫塞子对38例PDA患者行经皮动脉导管栓塞术,成功率为100％,且无严重的并发症发生。作者认为,术后充分抗凝,保持肢体血运畅通,维持酸减平衡,是防止术后并发症发生的重要环节。

38 cases with patient ductus arterioses (PDA) were treated by percutancous trans-arterial application of foamed plastics embolus with 100% success. No serious complication was observed. Adequate anticoagulant therapy, keeping adequate blood flow of the extremities and maintaining acid-base balance were very important in the prevention of postoperative complication.
