慢性充血性心力衰竭病人外周淋巴细胞β-受体密度改变

Changes of beta-receptor density of intact lymphocytes in the patients with chronic congestive heart failure

本文用^(125)I-IHYP为放射配基,测定了33例心衰病人外周完整淋巴细胞的β-受体密度(Bmax)及亲和力常数(KD)。心衰病人Bmax明显降低,心功能愈差降低愈明显,而KD值则无显著性差异。间断小剂量多巴酚丁胺静滴14～21天,治疗前后对比,Bmax无进一步降低趋势。

In this study, using (^(125)I)I-idiohydroxyl bonzyl pindolol (I-IHYP)asligand, beta-receptor density (Bmax) and affinity constant (KD) of the intact lymphocytes were measured in 33 patients with congestive heart failure (CHF) and 15 healthy controls. The Bmax of lymphocytes was significantly lower in the patients with CHF than that in the healthy controls. Mote severe the heart failure, more decrease of Bmax was observed. No difference in KD was found. After intermittontly intrawnous infusion of a low dosage of dobutamine for 14-21 days, no significant changes were notod in the Bmaxand KD while the heart function got much better.
