环氧树脂固化度对粉末涂层性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 研究了固化度对粉末涂层性能的影响。结果表明 ,环氧与聚酯配比可在一定范围内进行调整 ,消光固化剂B6 8用量为 6∶4份 ,固化度达 80 %以上时 ,涂层有较好的性能 ;对应的光泽度为 4% ;在 10 0 %固化度时 ,胶化时间最短 ,降低固化度 。 The effect of solidification degree on the properties of powder coating was studied.The results showed the compounding ratio of epoxy resin/polyester could be regulated,when the content of extinct curing agent B68 was 6.4 PHR and the solidification degree was higher than 80%,the coating properties were quite good,with a glossiness of 4%;when the solidification degree was 100%,the gelling time shortened,the decrease of the solidification degree could prolong the gelling time.
