摘要
以薄荷醇为原料,经次氯酸钠氧化为薄荷酮;然后在对甲苯磺酸的催化作用下,与甘油缩合合成了薄荷酮缩甘油(MGK)。最佳氧化条件:质量浓度为w(次氯酸钠)=12.5%的次氯酸钠水溶液,反应温度为20~25℃,后处理中,饱和食盐水的用量为w(饱和食盐水):w(醋酸)=3∶1。收率达94.5%。
Methone was obtained by oxidation of menthol with aqueous sodium hypochlorite, then condensation of methone with glycerin gave methone glycerin ketal (MGK) . Optimum oxidative conditions were as follows: concentration of sodium hypochlorite was w (NaClO) = 12.5% , temperatrue of reaction was 20 - 25℃, quantity of brine was w (brine) : w (acetic acid) =3:1. the yield of oxidation reached 94 .5 % .
