摘要
本文对34例LAFB患者的LVmass与(R+S)max+S_Ⅱ值的相关性进行了回归分析,发现两者呈正相关,以(R+S)max+S_Ⅱ≥29mm诊断LVH,敏感性、特异性、准确率及阳性预测值均较高,提示其对诊断LAFB患者的LVH有一定临床价值。
This paper analysed 34 cases with left anterior fascicular block (LAFB) and found that left ventricular mass (LV mass) was positively correlated with value of (R+ S)max+S_Ⅱ. In 27 cases with LV mass more than 215g and 7 cases with LV mass less than 215g, the values of (R+S)max+S_Ⅱ were 36.7±11.9 and 25.7±4.4mm respectively and the difference between them was statistically significant (0.01<P<0.05). The regression equa- tion was: y=10.8+0.084x and from it, (R+S)max+S_Ⅱ≥29mm was used as criteria for diagnosing LVH in these patients and it's sensitivity, specificity, accuracy and positive predictive value were 77.8%, 85.7%, 79.4% and 95.5% respectively, It is considered that (R+S)max+Sm≥29mm is a useful criteria in the diagnosis of LVH in patients with LAFB.
