说明了从生产TDI产生的蒸馏焦油中回收TDI的重要性 ;介绍了强制蒸馏、萃取蒸馏、薄膜蒸发和LIST等 4种TDI回收工艺 ,并从投资、操作、经济和环保等方面进行了比较 ;叙述了太化TDI回收工艺———薄膜蒸发工艺过程 ,指出了该工艺存在的问题 ;提出了太化TDI回收工艺的改造设想———用LIST工艺代替原薄膜蒸发工艺 ,认为LIST工艺有工艺可靠、操作简单。

This Paper explained the importance of recover TDI from distilled tar produced by TDI manufacture.Four TDI recovery technologies of coercion distillation,extraction distillation,membrane evaporation and LIST were introduced.These technolonies were compared in investment,operation,economy and environmental protection.The TaiHua TDI recovery technology of membrane evaporation was recounted.The problems of TaiHua TDI recovery technology were pointed out.The TaiHua TDI recovery transform idea was posed--replace membrane evaporation technology by LIST technology.It was thinked that dependable technology ,simple operation,easily handled remainder and better economic benefit are LIST technology's advantages.
