浅析30万t/a合成氨脱碳系统增产节能措施

摘要 20世纪 70年代 ,我国从国外引进 13套 30万t/a合成氨装置。经过二十多年的技术消化、吸收和改造 ,有些装置的脱碳系统生产效果得到大大改善。但目前 ,脱碳系统在这些改造的基础上仍有很大的增产节能潜力。本文主要从苯菲尔溶液提浓、改变溶液循环量、采用新型高效填料、调整系统压力、调整富液孔板、采用四级喷射闪蒸一级压缩、增加一台锅炉给水换热器。 In 1970's, 13 series ammonia synthesis units were introduced from abroad with a capacity of 300,000t/a in our country. With more than 20 years of technology innovation while digesting and absorbing the oversea technology and equipment, the results of production from the system for CO 2 removal in some plants have been improved greatly. Then at present, the potentialities are indicated for increasing in output and saving in energy from the system for CO 2 removal on the basis of technical retrofitted for years. A brief description and an analysis are made in this paper of the revamping measurements in high output and energy-saving from the system of CO 2 removal in following aspects: Concentrating solution for Benfield; changing amount of solution recycle; taking new-type and high-efficiency packings;transforming the system pressure; adjusting the orifice-plate of pregnant solution; adopting 4th stage jet flash and 1st stage compression; adding a boiler feed water heat exchanger; modifying distributor.
