摘要
纳米塑料是近 10年迅速发展起来的新交叉科学。插层复合法是制备纳米塑料的主要方法 ,其工艺简单 ,环境友好 ,易于实现工业化。纳米塑料具有常规聚合物复合材料所没有的结构、形态以及较常规聚合物复合材料更优异的物理力学性能、耐热性、气体液体阻隔性能等 ,因而可广泛应用于汽车、电子电气、高性能管材。
Nanoplastics are of a novel type of advance composites,which have been studied for about 10 years. Intercalation compounding method is a major method of manufacturing nanoplastics, its process is simple. The nanoplastics have unique structures, morphology as well as mechanical, thermal and gas/liquid barrier properties than their conventional counterparts. They are abroad applied to automobile part, electronic and electrical part, high performance pipe, packaging material, and so on.
