摘要
研究了Zn PTFE复合镀工艺 ,能得到PTFE含量达 38% (vol)的复合镀膜。测量了复合镀膜的摩擦性能 ,摩擦系数 μs=μk=0 .11。
The process of Zn-PTFE[38(vol ) % ] composite plating has been studied. The tribological properties of the material above described has been measured and given friction factor is U s = U k≈0.11. The Zn-PTFE composite plating has self-lubrication function.
