热离子发电元件电绝缘涂层和镍镀层制作工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 报道了一种热离子发电元件接收极组件中铌管外表面刚玉涂层和内表面镍镀层的制作工艺。通过对不同刚玉涂层配方和烧结方法的比较 ,研究出一种冷浆喷涂、高温烧结工艺 ;通过对铌管内表面活化、电镀、热处理方法的比较 ,找出一种铌管内壁电镀镍镀层的工艺 ,所获镀镍层与基体金属结合力良好。用该工艺处理获得的热离子发电元件 ,在核反应堆堆内热电转换试验中 。 A surface preparing process for Nb tube was reported , which including ceramic (aluminium oxide) layer on the external surface of the Nb collector tube and a nickel electrodeposit on the internal surface of niobium tube. In order to improve the thermionic converter performance, this report represented a technique of spraying with cold-pulp then sintering in high temperature by comparing the prescnptions of different ceramic a umini um oxide) and the different sintering temperatures. Aluminium oxide layer possessing high insulation property and good property of hot circulation was made on the external su ace of niobium tube by the technique. The report also represented a technique of plating a nickel coat on internal surface of niobium tube by comparing diiferent methods of activation platin and hot-treatment. And a nickel electrodeposit, possessing high adhensive strength between nickel and niobium was made on an internal surface of niobium tube by the technique. The samples were plated for In-Reactor thermionic converter tests. And good results have been obtained in the tests.
