摘要
本文以果蝇为试验材料,研究了卵磷脂对果蝇寿命以及脂褐素和LPO含量的影响,结果表明:卵磷脂能明显的延长果蝇平均寿命,有效的降低唾液腺细胞脂褐素和LPO含量进一步对其机理进行了分析探讨。
The paper looks on Drosophila melangaster as the experiment material, and studies the effect of lecithin on the lifespan, contents of lipofuscin and LPO were studies in this paper. Results showed that the lecithin could lengthen the average lifespan of Drosophila melangaster obviously, decrease the contents of lipofuscin and LPO of salivary gland cell. It further accounts the mechanism of post poning decrepit.
