摘要
目前对肝脏实质的研究所得出的主要一致性的结论是 :无论是肝郁、肝阳上亢、肝阳化风、肝气虚证等均表现神经内分泌功能紊乱。而对肝证造模主要用药物或激怒方法 ,实验结果的代表性尚难以得到保证。总体而言 ,肝证的实验研究起步较晚 ,近十年发展较快 ,但研究重心不一 ,发展不平衡。建立全国统一的肝证诊断标准 ,造出符合中医病因病机的动物模型 ,将是艰巨而必要的工作。在进行各证深入纵向研究的同时 ,加强横向对比研究和多单位的交叉验证 。
At present the primary conclusion derived from study of Liver essential is:GanQiYuJie GanYangShangKangGanYangHuaFeng GanQiXu almost represent the disorder of function of nerve internal secretion.The model of Liver Zheng is mostly made by drug or irritating.The experimental result is gained difficultyly at representation.In general,experimentation study of Liver Zheng starts later,develops rapidly.But the stress of study differs.development is in imbalance.It will be difficut and signficative task that uniform diagnosis standard is established and animal model accorded with TCM pathogene and pathology is made,while carrying through fore and aft study of Liver Zheng,the transverse contrast study and crossed validating in many unit should be strengthened.It will be certain trend that finding integrated target of the essential of Liver Zheng but distinguishing with other type of Zheng.
