声学分析技术在全口义齿语音评价中的应用研究

摘要 目的 :采用数字化语图仪— U SSA语图频谱分析系统 ,对全口义齿修复患者进行语音功能检测 ,以探讨全口义齿修复后患者语音功能的恢复程度 ,声学分析技术在全口义齿语言临床评价中的作用。方法 :对无牙颌患者带全口义齿前、后与正常对照和进行语音 a/i/u的检测并对其共振峰参数频率值 ( F)、能量值 ( P)的 USSA语音频谱的分析。结果 :( 1)全口义齿修复前 ,患者语音功能发 a/i/u均正常。 ( 2 )全口义齿初戴时发 a/i音即可接近正常 ,而发 u音时失常 ,但戴牙后一周 ,发 u音时可接近正常 ,且达到极限。结论 :全口义齿修复后 ,患者语音功能可迅速恢复 ,主要集中在第一周 ,以后各周相对减少。该 USSA系统 ,使语音的分析研究由听觉判断上升到视觉判断 ,从客观上反映语音变化情况 。 Objectuve: In order to discuss the improvements in patients' phonetic function on the duration of posterior restorations and to evaluate clinical effect of acoutic analytic techique.Method Digital Language Signal instrument,USSA Language Signal Analyse System,was used to test phonetic function of the patients with complete ednture.We testde pronunciation of patients with edentulous jaw before and after restoration and contrasted with normal speech sounds.We used USSA to analyze its frequency and parameter number of wave vrest(F) and energy number(P).Results 1.Before restoration,Patients pronounced a/i/u anomally.2.Soon after restoration,patients'pronunciation of a/i was near to normal,but pronounced 'u'wrongly.After restoration for one week,patients were able to pronounce'u'with near normality,which has reached the limit pronunciation.Conclusion During posterior complete prosthodontics restoration,patients'phonetic function recovers quickly,especially in the first week and in the following weeks it is relatively reduced.USSA System helps us analyze and study phonetics from aural accessing to visual accessing,which provides a basic theory of evaluating the phonetic function.
