摘要
目的 :对仙人掌化学成分进行系统研究。方法 :采用系统溶剂法提取 ,硅胶干柱层析法进行化学成分分离。结果 :在仙人掌乙醚提取物中含有皂甙元及萜酮醇类化合物。结论
Objective : To make a systematic study of the cactus chemical composition. Method :Systematic solvent method is used to extract and silica gel dry column sheet gradation was used to separate the chemical composition. Result : the ether extract of the cactus was found bave soap and alcohol like compound. Condusion: the chemical composition in the cactus can be used for medicine and food additive.
