异搏定合用氨茶碱治疗肺心病急性期疗效观察

Evaluation of Verapamil conbined with aminophyllini in the treatment of Acute pulmonary heart disease

目的 :观察异搏定合用氨茶碱的疗效。方法 :全部病人在常规治疗基础上随机分为二组 ,观察组为异搏定合用氨茶碱静滴 ,对照组为单用氨茶碱。结果 :观察组疗效明显优于对照组。结论 :二药合用能相互弥补其心律作用的副作用 。

Objective: To study the effect of Verapamil combined with Aminophyllini in the treatment of acute pulmonary heart disease. Methods: All the patients were divided at vandom into two groups. Verapamil combined with aminophyllini was only given to the observed group. Result: Effect in the observed group was better than that in control group.Conclusion: Verapamil with Aminophyllini may depress their vile effect,which, at the same time,reinforces the function of dilating bronchus and decrease the pressure of pulmonary artery.
