分隔型慢性硬膜下血肿的CT诊断(附16例分析)

CT diagnosis of septatus chronic subdural hematoma(an analysis of 16 cases)

目的 :加深对分隔型慢性硬膜下血肿的认识 ,及时引导临床选择有效的治疗方法。方法 :收集分隔型慢性硬膜下血肿 1 6例 ,分析其CT表现 ,探讨其成因。结果 :1 6例 1 8个分隔型血肿 ,其中单分隔型 4个 ,多分隔型 1 4个 ,除有常见的新月形、双凸形等形态特征外 ,主要有血肿内见纤维条索状影等特点。结论 :CT是诊断分隔型慢性硬膜下血肿的较好方法。

Objective:To make a further understanding of septatus chronic subdural hematoma (SCSDH),in order to guide clinicians to chose effective management in time.Methods:The CT findings of 16 patients with SCSDH were analyzed.Results:There were 18 SCSDH from 16 patients,from which there were 4 cases of single septatus type and 14 cases of multi septatus type.Beside common characteristics of crescent or double convex shape,the fibrous strap in hematoma was the main CT feature of SCSDH.Conclusion:CT is a method of choice in the diagnosis of SCSDH,and it is not hard to diagnose the disease if attention were paid.
