摘要
目的 :探讨螺旋CT多平面重组技术对游离型腰椎间盘突出症的诊断价值。方法 :对 1 2例游离型椎间盘突出症患者的螺旋CT多平面重组图像进行分析。结果 :MPR矢状位上游离髓核表现为椎管内离开椎间盘平面软组织密度影 ,病变椎间盘变形狭窄 ;冠状位可显示游离物与神经根的关系。结论 :螺旋CT多平面重组技术可显示游离髓核的形态、大小及其在椎管内的位置 ,对诊断游离型腰椎间盘突出有重要意义 ,对选择治疗方案。
Objective:To evaluate the diagnostic value of spiral CT multiplanar reformation (MPR) in sequestered lumbar disc herniation (SLDH).Methods:The MPR findings of 12 SLDH confirmed by pathology were analysed.Results:The sequestered nucleus pulposus of the disc appeared as a soft tissue density in the spinal canal and the herniated disc became narrowed on the sagittal MPR.The relationship between sequestered material and the nerve root was demonstrated on the coronal MPR.Couclusion:Spiral CT with MPR technique can provide information about the postition,shape and size of SLDH. It is important in diagnosing SLDH,and helpful for the choice of management and surgical planning.
