益胃胶囊中部分有效成分的薄层鉴别及芍药苷的HPLC测定

Identification of some active ingredients in Yiwei Capsule by TLC and determination of paeoniflorin in Yiwei Capsule by HPLC

目的 拟建立益胃胶囊的质控方法 .方法 采用TL C法对益胃胶囊中的芍药、黄芪、延胡索和黄连定性 ,HPL C法测定芍药甙的含量 .结果 在 TL C色谱中能检出黄芪甲苷、芍药苷、延胡索乙素和黄连小蘖碱 ;芍药苷在 0 .10 6～ 6 .36 μg范围内呈线性关系 ,平均回收率为 95 .6 % ,RSD为1.78% .结论 所建立的方法对处方的各组成药材 ,可快速地定性。

AIM To establish a quality control method for Yiwei capsule. METHODS The technique of TLC was used to identify Radix Astragali, Radix paeoniae Alba, Rhizoma Corydalis, and Rhizoma Coptidis. The contents of paeoniflorin were determined by HPLC. RESULTS Astragaloside Ⅳ, Paeoniflorin, Tetrahydropalmatine and Berberine Hydrochloride were found in the capsule by TLC. Paeoniflorin showed good linear relationship in the range of 0.106～6.36 μg. The average recovery was 95.6%, RSD 1.78%. CONCLUSION The established method is simple, sensitive and accurate. It may be used for quality control of the drug.
