摘要
目的 本研究旨在进一步探索重症肌无力 (MG)患者的乙酰胆碱受体抗体 (ACh Rab)是否对大鼠中枢神经系统(CNS)躯体感觉传导通路产生影响 .方法 从 ACh Rab阳性的全身型 MG患者血清中提取 Ig G,将其注入大鼠侧脑室 ,观察其对下肢体感诱发电位 (SEP)的影响 .结果 注入大鼠侧脑室内的 ACh Rab可致大鼠本体觉传导障碍 ,引起 SEP异常 ,表现为 N2 0 波消失或潜伏期延长 .结论 MG患者的ACh Rab不仅可以作用于 NMJ处的 ACh R,而且还可以作用于 CNS并引起本体觉传导障碍 ,进一步证明了 ACh Rab在CNS中的病理作用 .
AIM To explore if circulating acetylcholine receptor antibodies (AChRab) presented in myasthenia gravis (MG) sera can cause dysfunction of somatosensory transmission in CNS of rats. METHODS Before and after application of somatosensory evoked potential (SEP) test, AChRab purified from MG sera was injected into the lateral cerebroventricular system. RESULTS Intracerebroventricular administration of MG patient AChRab, but not normal IgG resulted in losing of N 20 wave or a prolongation of the latency of SEP. MG AChRab vs normal IgG, (23.1±0.7) ms vs (19.7±0.4) ms, P <0.01. Results also showed that the latency of N 20 wave between the rats without any treatment and those treated with normal IgG was not significantly different, non treatment vs normal IgG treatment, (19.7±0.6) ms vs (19.7±0.4) ms, P >0.05. CONCLUSION AChRab injected into cerebroventricular system from MG sera may cause dysfunction of somatosensory transmission in rats and play a pathological role in the neuromuscular junction and CNS.
