摘要
目的 观察养阴通脑颗粒对麻醉犬脑血管阻力的影响 .方法 将 17只犬随机分为 3组 ,空白对照组给等量的生理盐水 ,养阴通脑颗粒分中剂量组 (1.0 g· kg- 1 )和大剂量组(2 .0 g· kg- 1 ) ,灌胃给药 ,采用电磁流量计测定脑血流量 ,采用股动脉插管法测主动脉平均血压 .计算脑血管阻力 (R) .结果 养阴通脑颗粒可降低脑血管阻力 ,以中剂量效果为好 ,用药前脑血管阻力为 (6 9.2± 17.3) Pa· m L- 1· min- 1 ,用药后 30 min,6 0 min分别降为 (5 1.9± 14.6 ) Pa· m L- 1· min- 1和 (49.2± 14.6 ) Pa· m L- 1·m in- 1 .结论 养阴通脑颗粒对脑血管有扩张作用 .
AIM To study effects of yangyintongnao particles on anaesthtized dog cerebrovascalar resistance. METHODS Seventeen dogs were randomly allocated to three groups. In control group physiological solution was administered with gastrogavage. The other two groups, a large dose group of yangyintongnao particle (2 g·kg -1 ) and a middledose group (1 g·kg -1 ), were administered with gastrogavage respectively. Blood flow of arteria carotis interna was detected by electricmagnetic flowmeter, aortic mean blood pressure was measured by transfemoral artery intubation and cerebral blood flow resistance was calculated. RESULTS Yangyintongnao particles reduced cerebrovascular resistance, A middle dose of yangyintongnao particles reduced resistance of dog cerebral vessell more than a large dose. Cerebrovascular resistance was (69.2±17.3) Pa·mL -1 ·min -1 before taking drug; (51.9±14.6) and (49.2±14.6) Pa·mL -1 ·min -1 respectively 30 min and 60 min after taking drug. CONCLUSION Yangyintongnao particles may lead to cerebral vasodilation.
