摘要
目的 研究大白鼠提睾肌缺血再灌后血管内皮细胞的凋亡基因表达 .方法 以免疫组织化学 SP法对大白鼠提睾肌缺血再灌注后血管内皮细胞 Bcl- 2 ,Bax及 p5 3的表达进行观察 .结果 大白鼠提睾肌缺血再灌注的血管内皮细胞Bax及 p5 3阳性细胞率 (分别为 83%和 87% )明显高于 Bcl- 2和对照组 (分别为 34 %和 7% ) ,(P<0 .0 1) ,再灌注 6 h阳性细胞最多 .结论 大白鼠提睾肌缺血再灌注可引起血管内皮细胞凋亡 ,并可能在微循环障碍中起重要作用 .
AIM To study apoptotic gene expression of the endothelial cells in cremaster ischemia reperfusion of the rat. METHODS Expression of Bcl 2, Bax and P53 in endothelial cells of cremaster ischemia reperfusion of the rat was investigated by means of immunohistochemical SP method. RESULTS Positive expression rate of Bax (83%) and P53 (87%) was much higher than that of Bcl 2 (34%) and control (7%, P < 0.01) and reached the hightest level 6 h after reperfusion. CONCLUSION Ischemia reperfusion of the cremaster could induce the apoptosis of the endothelial cells and might play an important role in microcirculation disorder.
