摘要
新近发现的嗜酸粒细胞趋化性细胞因子(包括eotaxins、RANTES、MCPs、MIP-1、MDC和IL-8)和其受体(主要是CCR3)在支气管哮喘(哮喘)嗜酸粒细胞炎症反应中具有重要的作用。针对嗜酸粒细胞趋化性细胞因子/受体的新的哮喘治疗方法值得探索。
