重组人表皮生长因子外用治疗烧伤创面的多中心研究

Topical adminstration of recombinant human epidermal growth factor for external use treatment of burn wounds: a multicenter study

目的 :观察重组人表皮生长因子 (rhEGF)治疗烧伤的疗效和安全性。方法 :以rhEGF治疗各类烧伤 30 2例 (男性 2 13例 ,女性 89例 ,年龄 33a±s 11a) ,其中试验组 (双盲自身对照 ) 190例 ,开放组112例 ,在常规治疗 ( 1%磺胺嘧啶银霜 )基础上 ,局部喷涂rhEGF或安慰剂。结果 :rhEGF用于浅Ⅱ度、深Ⅱ度、供皮区、残余创面 ,试验组较对照组愈合时间分别提前 2 ,3,3,6d ,不良反应轻微。结论

AIM: To observe the efficacy and safety of recombinant human epidermal growth factor (rhEGF) in the treatment of burn wounds. METHODS: Three hundred and two patients (M 213,F 89;age 33 a± s 11 a) were treated with rhEGF, including 190 patients in double auto control trials and 112 patients in open trials. rhEGF or placebo was external used on the wounds respectively on the base of routine treatment (1 % sulfadiazine silver cream). RESULTS: The healing time of shallow Ⅱ°, deep Ⅱ°, skin offering and granulation was 2,3,3,6 d shorter respectively in trial group than that in control group and the adverse reactions were mild.
