摘要
按照“三个代表”的要求 ,深化高等师范教育改革 ,要适应开放式的教师教育、教师教育专业化、教师教育培养培训一体化的趋势 ,逐步建立起具有我国特色的教师教育体系。我校是海南省师范教育体系的龙头 ,既要高举师范教育的旗帜 ,又要在体制上改革创新。要逐步形成开放式的师范与非师范相结合的专业结构 ,突出教师教育专业的品牌特色 ,构建教师教育培养培训一体化的体制 ,优化人才培养模式 ,为形成教学与研究并重型综合性师范大学的办学体制特色创造条件奠定基础。
In line with the requirement of 'three representatives', deepening reform in higher normal education should comply with the trend of integrating such aspects as open teacher education, professional teacher education and teacher training so as to gradually develop the teacher education system with Chinese characteristics. As a pioneer in the normal education system of Hainan, our college is faced with the dual responsibility of upholding normal education and blazing new trails. Therefore, we should try to establish the discipline structure of teacher_majors and non_teacher_majors, to highlight the distinctive features of normal education and to develop the system of integrated teacher education and training. Besides, we should strive to better the mode of bringing up talents, trying to lay a solid foundation for the future development of our college.
