教师每天都会接触带有情绪色彩的活动 ,体验情绪上的紧张与痛苦 ,这对教师尤其是新上岗教师的心理健康产生不良影响 ,会造成不同程度的心理障碍。消除心理障碍 ,关键在于加强自我激励。加强自我激励要做到 :面对现实 ,加强自我认识 ;要学会悦纳学生 ,树立正确学生观 ;要学会调节情绪 ,维护心理健康。
Teachers are daily faced with activities of various moods, experiencing tension and anger. All this is sure to have negative effects on the mentality of teachers, particularly the new ones, thus resulting in various mental barriers. The key to removing mental barriers lies in enhancing self_inspiration. To that end, teachers should be realistic and learn to interact well with students, trying to foster a healthy teacher_student relationship. In addition, teachers should learn to make self_adjustment to maintain their mental health.
