Argumentation on the Views of Enterprise Innovation

企业创新是国家创新活动的主体 ,而企业的创新活动和创新行为又受着企业观念的制约。企业如不进行观念创新 ,其创新活动和创新行业就不能有效地开展。实践表明 ,企业创新失败的原因主要不是技术因素 ,而在于制度因素和观念因素 ,特别是观念因素。只有观念创新 ,才能导致制度创新 ,只有制度创新 。

The enterprise innovation is the main body of innovative activity for one country,and its greatly affected by the organizational culture on innovation in the process of innovation. The practice shows that the failure of innovation in enterprise does not lie in the technological factor,but mainly in its institution and the view of innovation,especially the view. For only the view of innovation,can result in the institutional innovation,then the technological innovation,and the building up of the innovative environment.
