试论中国传统领导思想中的青天意识

The Trial Research on Redeemer Ideology of Chinese Traditional Leading Thought

青天意识产生于中国封建专制社会 ,本质上是皇权意识的一种补充 ,但青天式人物客观上为百姓做了好事。社会制度的变迁为青天意识的清除创造了条件 ,但这种变化要有一个较长的发展过程 ,现实社会中的青天人物与历史人物相比 ,其实质、特点及命运是大相径庭的。对传统的青天意识的反思 ,有助于对现实的领导者的选用与评判标准的把握 ,但过分强化这种意识 ,则对社会的法治建设不利。

The Redeemer Ideology arose in the dictatorial feudal society of China. Although it was a kind of complement of the imperial power,the persons as the Redeemer did help the society and the people. The changes of the social systems eliminated the Redeemer Ideology gradually,which was a long development process. The persons as the Redeemer in nowadays are greatly different from old ones in essence,characteristics and destiny. Rethinking about the traditional Redeemer Ideology is beneficial to select and to evaluate the present leaders. However,overstressing this will hinder the construction of the law systems.
