招标制度在我校设备采购工作中的应用

本文简要地阐述了建立招标制度的发展历程 ,以及在高校设备采购管理工作中推行招标制度的重要意义 ;并着重介绍了我校在设备采购管理工作中 ,探索并实行招投标制度的具体运作方式和所取得的实践体会 ,以及设备招标采购的未来发展趋势。

This article gives brief introduction of the development of bid system and the importance of using bid system in purchasing and managing teaching instrument of the University.(The exploration, the used practical operation methods and the gained experiences in the application of the bid system in our university) are especially discussed. The future developing trend of bid purchase is also proposed.
