从 2 0世纪末叶移民欧盟国家的地缘群体中 ,可以看到欧盟主要国家移民政策与当代中国侨乡移民潮形成、发展具有互动关系。随着信息、资金、商品在全球化进程中空前活跃的势态 ,必然带来人口的相应流动。因此 ,应当认真追踪剖析欧美发达国家的移民政策 ,疏通人口流动的正常渠道 ,规范合法化的移民操作 。

It can be seen, from the geo-population of immigrants from Zhejiang Province towards the end of 20th century, that there is an interactive relationship between the immigration policies of major countries of EU and the development of immigration tides in the hometowns for overseas Chinese. With the progress of globalization, information, capitals and commodities have entered an unprecedented period of activity, thereby creating greater population mobility. It is necessary to conduct longitudinal studies of the immigration policies in European and North American countries, guide immigration movements, standardize legal procedures of immigration and adopt a positive attitude towards the general trends of population movement in the context of globalization.
