The development of the West China relies on the quantity bankroll and effective financial support. The stock financing is the major way t o solve the problem of long bankroll support for Western development. W hat we need to do is to develop property investment fund and bond financing, pus h forward the basic establishment construction in western region, actively improve the environment for investment in western region and make the best of attractin g foreign finance to join the Western development.
