我国高校知识女性心理素质现状的研究

A Research on the Present State of Mental Quality of Knowledge Feminity in College

通过对全国 15所有代表性大学知识女性的调查研究 ,我们分析了我国现代高校知识女性的心理特点。调查结果发现 :我国知识女性在智能素质、心理健康素质、角色控制感、开拓性和适应性方面优于普通女性 ;在智能素质、心理健康素质、角色满意度上低于知识男性 ,而工作压力感、职业满意度高于知识男性 ;从发展上看 ,中年期知识女性的压力感最高 。

This study examined characters of mental quality of the knowledge feminity from 21 typical colleges, high schools and primary schools. The results suggested that the knowledge feminity were better than popular femininity in the intelligence, mental health, perceived role-control, exploitation and adaptation. They were less than male in the intelligence, mental health and role satisfaction, and higher than male in the work stress and work satisfaction. On the development, there were the strongest work stress and the weakest mental endurance for the knowledge feminity in adulthood.
