Internet economy is characterized by surpassing time-and-space limits,lowering production cost,and globalization.Characteristics of our age decide that development of western regions should aim at internet economy.Thus it is necessary to speed up construction of basic information facilities,popularize internet knowledge,train talents of information technique,develop internet project in enterprises,and speed up construction of high-tech district.
