试述高校档案利用工作的走向

A Tentative Study of the Trend of the Use of Archives in Institutions of Higher Education

该文论述了高校档案利用工作发展的趋势。随着信息时代的到来，高校档案馆（室）正在力争建成档案数量充足、内容丰富、结构合理的档案信息资源基地。笔者提出：只有加强检索工具体系建设和三次文献开发，才能促进档案利用工作向高层次发展；档案利用工作要改变观念，面向社会，为公民个人服务，并实现档案信息资源共享；网络利用档案服务将成为档案利用工作的新领域，高校档案馆（室）应该加强计算机网络研究，建立一支复合型的档案技术干部队伍，为实现档案利用工作信息化积极创造条件。

The paper analyzes the trend in the use of archives in institutions of higher education. With the arrival of the information age, the archives in institutions of higher education have become information base of great abundance. The author maintains that only by strengthening the retrieval system and the third employment of the archives can they be used at a higher standard. Archives management must serve the society and every citizen and share the information resources with them. Employment of archives on the Internet will become a new trend, and the Archives Office in institutions of higher education should make more efforts in studies of network technology and train better qualified personnel of archives management, thus paving the way for the digitalization of the employment of archives.
