50年代中期,以毛泽东、周恩来等代表的中共领导集体逐渐改变建国初期以武力解放为主的对台战略,提出以和平方式解放台湾的战略思想。这一战略思想是中共对当时国际国内局势和海峡两岸形势进行细致分析之后提出的。“和平解放台湾”战略思想的提出在海内外引起了强烈的震动,产生了广泛而深远的影响。

During the middle of fifties,the Communist Party changed the strategy policy to Tai Wan from force to peace and put up with the strategy thought of liberating Tai Wan by peace way.The thought was brought forth after analyzing the international and home situation and the situation between two sides of Tai Wan channel by the Communist Party.The thought not only came to strong shock,but also extensive and further effect in internation and home.
