教师担负着培养社会主义四有新人的重任 ,教师的思想品格、治学态度以及言行举止直接影响着学生的成长。随着改革开放的深入发展 ,社会给学校带来一定的负面影响 ,因此加强师德建设、培养教师优良的师德尤为重要。文章就加强师德建设。

Teachers are responsible for training new sucessors of our socialist cause. So their individual personalities, integraty and attitudes towards academic learning all have direct influence on the growth of thestudents. With the deepening development of reforms and opening up , the present society also has some adverse effect on the schools as well. Therefore, it is of great importance t improve the building of the teachers'virtues. The paper also discusses some issues of doing a better job in this respect and educating the person as well as imparting book knowledge.
