摘要
文章从传统图书馆咨询服务的特点入手 ,重点论述了网络环境下图书馆信息咨询服务的三个特点 :即从咨询服务配角到主角的转换 ;咨询服务范围进一步扩大 ;内涵进一步深化 ,服务手段由传统向现代化转变。
The paper first discusses some traditional ways of consultaion service work in general and then focuses on the three characteristics of library information consultation in network environment:The transfer of minor role to a leading one; the further expansion in scope; the furter intensification in connotatio; the change from tradition to modernization. At last,it stresess the necessity on setting up a virtual collection of books and providing somesubject experts.
