The modernization of industry is very extensive in its content.Its production,distribution,exchange and consumption belong to not only the economic process which is governed by economic law,but also the social process involving human motivaton,attitude,sensation,and expectation,etc.,which have an important bearing on the economic decisions as well as on the effect brought about by the value structure,public welfare and education.
