简论群众文化工作社会效益和经济效益的关系

The relations between the social and economic benefits of the mass'cultural work

群众文化工作始终面临着如何正确处理社会效益和经济效益的关系问题。本文试从群文工作的性质、功能和作用方面论述当前群文工作应把社会效益放在首位 ,转变观念 ,深化改革 ,实现两个效益的最佳结合。

The mass' cultural work consistently face how to deal with relative problems between the social and economic benefits.Through analysis of the character,function and significance,the author in this paper thinks that the mass'cultural work is supposed to give first priority to the social benefits at present.Meanwhile,change concepts and deepen reform to effect the best union between the two benefits.
