关于“新经济”理论与传统主流经济学理论争论的探析

Analyzing the Debate Between the Theory of "New Economy" and the Theory of Conventional Main Trend Economics

“新经济”理论是在对“知识经济”(也称“新经济”)研究基础上产生的一些理论观点的总称。结合欧美发达国家经济发展趋势的特点 ,该理论认为 ,知识经济社会里的经济现象 ,用传统主流经济学的经济增长理论、经济周期理论、菲利普斯曲线、稀缺性原理和收益递减规律等一些基本经济学原理将无法做出解释 ,必须有新的理论来代替它们。而传统主流经济学理论的支持者对“新经济”理论不以为然 ,认为上述原理在知识经济社会仍然适用。作者认为 ,传统主流经济学理论也许需要调整、补充和完善 ,但从目前的情况来看 ,没有足够证据说明这些基本经济学原理发生了本质的变化。

The theory of 'New Economy' is a theory composed of standpoints that come from the research of 'Knowledge Economy'(also called 'New Economy'). Analyzing the characteristics of economic development trend in the developed countries in Europe and America,the theory of 'New Economy' argues that a new theory is needed to explain the economic phenomena in the society of Knowledge Economy, because of the failure of some basic economic theories of conventional main trend such as the theory of growth, the theory of business cycles, the Phillips curve, the scarcity elements and the law of diminishing product etc.But the supporters of the theory of conventional main trend economics still think that those elements could still work well in the society of Knowledge Economy. The author argues that the theory of conventional main trend economics needs modulation, addition and perfection, but we haven't enough evidence to say there is any essential change with those elements at the moment.
