宋代唯物主义法学家胡颖事迹著述与思想考述

On the Deeds,Works,and Thoughts of Hu Ying,Materialistic Jurist of Song Dynasty

胡颖是中国南宋时期著名的唯物主义思想家、学者兼法学家 ,以前学术界对他的研究甚少。他曾经担任过各级地方政府的重要行政官员 ,积累了极为丰富的行政及司法审判经验 ,并由此形成了自己系统的政治思想与法学思想。其主要的法学思想体现在他所经历并撰写的司法审判案例中。这些案例大都保存在宋人编著的《名公书判清明集》一书中。胡颖的行政司法事迹表明 ,他在中国无神论史以及法学史上都应该占有一定的地位。

Hu Ying was the famous materialistic thinker,scholar and jurist of Southern Song Dynasty of China.However,little researches have been made on him in the academic circles.He once assumed offices as the important administrative officer of the local government all levels.He accumulated most rich experience on administration and judicial trial;therefore,he formed systemic politics and law thoughts of his own.His primary law thoughts are incarnated by judicatory cases he tried and composed.These cases were kept in a book compiled by a man of Song Dynasty called 'Clear and Just Law Cases Collected by Famous Officials'.The administrative and judicatory deeds of Hu Ying show that due importance should be attached to him in Chinese atheistic history and law.
