摘要
50%多·锰锌可湿性粉剂500、600、700倍液室内对苹果轮纹病、炭疽病菌菌丝生长及孢子萌发的抑制效果均为100% ,对斑点落叶病菌菌丝生长及孢子萌发的抑制效果在70.21%以上优于单剂代森锰锌、多菌灵的效果 ;其对上述3种病菌的抑制中量 (EC50)小于单剂 ,共毒系数均>200,增效显著。田间对斑点落叶病和褐斑病的防效在81.12%以上 ,显著优于单剂 ,对轮纹病、炭疽病生长期及贮藏期的防治效果分别为97%~99.2%、70.9%~87.6%和87.1%~95.5%、50.5%~86.2% ,优于单剂代森锰锌的效果 ,优于或相当于多菌灵的效果。
The effects of Duomengxin(carbendazim+mancozeb) 50WP(500?600?700 times) to inhibite the growth of mycelium and spores germination of Physalospora piricola Nose and Glomerella cingulata Stone were both 100%. The control rate was more than 70.21% for Alternaria mali roberts. The were better than that of mancozeb and carbendazin. The results of field trials indicated that the control effects against Alternaria leaf spot and Brown spot of apple were more than 81.12%, which were better than of carbendazin and mancozeb. And the effects against apple ring spot and apple anthracnose at the fruits growing period and at storage perid were 97%~99.2%?70.9%~87.6%and 87.1%~95.5%?50.5%~86.2%, which were better than mancozeb and equal to carbendzin.
